WTC Culinary Arts Students and Cowfish Host Each Other

Culinary Arts students visited Cowfish in Hampton Bays, where they were able to tour the kitchen and other areas of the restaurant. Students learned about restaurant operations, opportunities in the industry, and even got to enjoy some of the amazing dishes Cowfish is known for. This visit came after members of Cowfish and the Rooted Hospitality Group visited the students in their classroom and demonstrated how to create a smoked salmon crostini and provided them with information about the restaurant industry. Thanks to everyone at Cowfish and the Rotted Hospitality group for providing students with this amazing experience.
