Students completed and submitted cover letters and resumes for a chance to participate in a mock interview. MTC's work experience coordinator, Ray LoFrese, was joined by a committee of teachers, as they worked with students to build the confidence and skills necessary to have a successful job interview. Students went through multiple rounds of interviews and selections were made according to pre-determined criteria. This opportunity afforded students the experience of building the soft skills they will one day utilize as they move into varied jobs and careers.
