Complete Comfort Control Donates Time and Equipment to HVAC program @ Ward Tech
Posted by HVAC Students @ WTC on 6/1/2019On Wednesday, June 5, 2019, Mr. Andy Hartmann, Owner and Operator of Complete Comfort Control donated equipment and his time to the H.V.A.C. program @ Ward Tech. Donating a Pittsburgh machine and a metal Break, Mr. Hartmann spent some time demonstrating the proper use of the equipment and spoke with students about opportunities for summer positions. Thank you Mr. Hartmann for supporting our program, donating this equipment that will allow our students to knock tin more efficiently, and sharing your knowledge with us.

H.V.A.C. visits Flanders Heating and Air Conditioning
Posted by WTC's HVAC Students on 3/15/2019On Thursday, March 14, 2019, Mr. Gibat's students in H.V.A.C. visited Flanders Heating and Air Conditioning. Ms. Audrey Pasierb did a wonderful job touring our students through their facility, explaining the different areas and helping students understand how the entire operation functions. President Doug Matz spent time talking with our students about various topics including but not limited to: trends in the HVAC industry, job opportunities, soft skills that ensure success in the industry, interviewing skills, resumes, and various other topics. Thank you to Doug, Audrey, and the entire Flanders Heating and Cooling team for making it a wonderful trip and valuable learning experience.

Alex was selected as the recipient of this award for the demonstration of his hard work, diligence, work ethic, and outstanding leadership skills amongst his peers. Alex will continue to grow through post secondary educational opportunities available to him through both college and trade schools.
